Celtic are waiting for information on their next Champions League venue after reports in Azerbaijan claimed Qarabag's pitch is badly damaged.
Reports have claimed that the pitch is heat-damaged and that up to a third of the surface is unplayable, although other reports claim the damage is only cosmetic.
Celtic fly out to Baku on Monday with a 1-0 lead ahead of Wednesday's third qualifying round match.
A Celtic spokesman said: "We are aware of the issue as regards the pitch in Baku.
"At the moment we are seeking reassurances over the quality of the surface."
