Donaldson fit for U's

Ryan Donaldson will be fit for Cambridge when York visit the Abbey Stadium.

The forward has recovered from the knock he sustained against Morecambe at the weekend.

Experienced midfielder Luke Chadwick could return to the squad. The 34-year-old former Manchester United trainee has missed the last four matches with an ankle problem but may make the bench on Tuesday night.

The Us' other injured players will all remain on the sidelines. Tom Elliott, Rory Gaffney (ankle), Jordan Chiedozie and Matteo Lanzoni are not yet ready to come back into the reckoning.

York striker Jake Hyde will return to contention following suspension, while boss Russ Wilcox has no major new injury or suspension problems.

Hyde has missed the Minstermen's last three games following his dismissal in the recent draw at Luton and could go straight into the starting line-up as Wilcox's side have failed to score in their last two matches.

Midfielder Luke Summerfield remains doubtful due to the thigh injury which has kept him out of the last five matches and Wilcox must decide whether to stick with teenage loanee Diego De Girolamo or recall Emile Sinclair up front.

York, one point above the relegation zone, have taken one point from four away games since the turn of the year.
