Cambridge hope Corr's not breathless before date with Donny

Cambridge striker Barry Corr will be assessed before the home game against leaders Doncaster.

Corr was hoping to make his fourth appearance of the season following a knee injury as a half-time substitute in Saturday's win at Barnet, but was not risked after feeling his groin during the warm-up.

Defender Leon Davies is in contention having returned as an unused substitute at the weekend after a shoulder injury, while both Greg Taylor (groin) and Medy Elito (knee) both returned to action.

Boss Shaun Derry has no other major new injury problems as the U's chase a third straight league win.

Doncaster manager Darren Ferguson is expected to choose from an unchanged squad following Saturday's home draw with Accrington.

Harry Middleton is expected to continue in the absence of midfielder Jordan Houghton, who returned to parent club Chelsea last week following a season-ending knee injury.

Joe Wright (knee) remains sidelined, while fellow defender Mathieu Baudry is pushing for a recall to the starting line-up. The Frenchman stepped off the bench at the weekend after shaking off a muscle strain.

Striker Andy Williams is another hoping to return to the starting XI, but Liam Mandeville (ankle) is still out and Aaron Taylor-Sinclair and Lee McCullough (both knee) remain long-term absentees.
