Tammy Abraham pushing for a return to action as Bristol City host Norwich

Tammy Abraham is rated "60-40" to return to action for Bristol City in their home game against Norwich.

Abraham returned to parent club Chelsea last month after sustaining a thigh injury in the defeat at Leeds and boss Lee Johnson is more hopeful of him being fit for next weekend's trip to Wigan.

Defender Mark Little is still out with a hamstring injury, while Johnson will assess several unnamed players who sustained knocks in Saturday's goalless home draw against Burton.

The Robins, third from bottom in the table, have won only one of their last 16 league matches.

Norwich manager Alex Neil will make changes after Saturday's Hillsborough hammering.

The Canaries suffered a huge dent to their play-off prospects by going down 5-1 to Sheffield Wednesday - their 10th away league defeat.

Ryan Bennett, Josh Murphy, Alex Pritchard and Yanic Wildschut will all be pushing for places in the starting line-up.

Matt Jarvis is still not in contention after an injury-hit season while Nelson Oliveira (foot), Youssouf Mulumbu (thigh), Graham Dorrans (knee) and Louis Thompson (Achilles) remain sidelined.
