Real Madrid fans appear to have taken out their frustration after their Champions League exit by hurling abuse at Gareth Bale as he drove away from the stadium.

The car park exit which is normally a popular destination for autograph hunters was instead used to hurl abuse at the Welsh winger who missed a number of chances as his side lost 3-2 on aggregate and were dumped out of the Champions League by Juventus.

The footage revealed on YouTube is understood to have been taken after that Champions League upset last night with fans branding the player ‘hijo de Puta’ which means son of a b***h and ‘carbon’ which is a slang word which the Metro believe to be similar to ‘a***hole’.

The player has been linked with a move to Manchester United for some time with the club interested in signing the winger before he chose to move to Real Madrid. Those rumours have been coming think, fast and increasingly strongly after his own agent defended the player saying his team needed to pass the ball to him more and with the reporter John Richardson saying on MUTV: "I know somebody very close to Gareth Bale and the public are not hearing the real thing.

"He’s very unhappy there and he’s unhappy with his treatment."
