ARSENAL

Petr Cech: Rarely tested as his side ran riot at the other end. 6/10

Hector Bellerin: Superb. Laid on Theo Walcott for the second goal and made a brilliant covering challenge on Pedro in the second half. 8

Shkodran Mustafi: Becoming popular with the Arsenal support for his committed style of play and this was another assured performance. 7

Laurent Koscielny: Blushes spared by Bellerin after giving the ball away in the second half but marshalled Diego Costa well. 6

Nacho Monreal: Struggled at times against Eden Hazard but not to any great cost. 6

Santi Cazorla: Influential throughout although rarely tested defensively. 7

Francis Coquelin: Taken off injured in the first half. 5

Theo Walcott: Well-placed to slot home Arsenal's second goal and offered a constant threat in behind Chelsea's rickety defence. 8

Mesut Ozil: Lovely exchange with Sanchez for the third goal as he volleyed off the far post and into the corner. 8

Alex Iwobi: Excellent ball out to Bellerin in the build-up to the second goal and was a menace with his pace and direct running. Impressive again. 8

Alexis Sanchez: Applied a cool finish for the first goal and a delicate cross for Ozil's second. Almost unplayable in this sort of form. 9

Substitutes:

Granit Xhaka (for Coquelin, 32 mins): Composed in possession and diligent defensively. 6

Kieran Gibbs (for Iwobi, 69 mins): Made some ambitious runs down the left. 6

Olivier Giroud (for Sanchez, 79 mins): The result was beyond doubt when he came on. 5

CHELSEA

Thibaut Courtois: Picked the ball out of the net three times before half-time but could not be blamed for any of them. 5

Branislav Ivanovic: Still does not look the player of a few season ago. Struggling for form. 5

Gary Cahill: Costly error allowed Sanchez to run through for the first goal and then let Ozil pull clear to finish off the third. Well below-par. 3

David Luiz: Yet to convince at the heart of the Chelsea defence. Watched Sanchez run past him for the third goal. 4

Cesar Azpilicueta: Started sloppily and struggled thereafter. Caught out of position for Walcott's second. 4

N'Golo Kante: Never got to grips with Arsenal's rampant attacking quartet. 5

Nemanja Matic: Failed to stamp any authority on the game. 5

Cesc Fabregas: Went off to jeers from the home fans after a quiet performance. 5

Eden Hazard: Looked dangerous going forward and Chelsea's most likely source of a goal. Let down by mistakes at the other end. 7

Willian: Worked hard down the right but failed to make any real impact. 6

Diego Costa: Bristling from start to finish and picked up a booking late on for an aggressive rant at the referee. A frustrating afternoon. 5

Substitutes:

Marcos Alonso (for Fabregas, 55 mins): Unable to change the direction of the game. 5

Pedro (for Willian, 70 mins): Ran clear in the second half but was stopped by a last-ditch Bellerin challenge. 5

Michy Batshuayi (for Hazard, 71 mins): Squandered a one-on-one opportunity late on. 4
