Sean Clare a doubt for Accrington

Accrington midfielder Sean Clare is a doubt for the visit of Leyton Orient in Sky Bet League Two.

The on-loan Sheffield Wednesday player was forced off after 45 minutes of the victory over Exeter at the weekend which lifted Stanley nine points clear of the bottom two.

A win over Orient, who occupy 23rd place having played two matches more, would extend Stanley's cushion to 12 points and further ease any relegation worries.

Omar Beckles, who returned from suspension at the weekend, may have to settle for a place on the bench again as Accrington have kept two clean sheets in their last two matches.

Leyton Orient manager Danny Webb sees his depleted ranks receive a welcome boost for the trip to Lancashire.

Midfielder Nigel Atangana, who was only fit enough for a place on the bench for Saturday's 3-0 defeat to Grimsby, is set to return after missing the last three games with a groin complaint.

Winger Gavin Massey returns from suspension, although Liam Kelly is still banned after pushing a ball boy against Plymouth.

Robbie Weir remains unavailable due to ligament damage to his knee which has kept him out since the start of January, while defender Jens Janse and Aron Pollock are long-term absentees.
