James Fuller leaves Gloucestershire less than a month after Lord's final success

James Fuller, a Royal London Cup-winner with Gloucestershire this month, is to leave the club.

Former New Zealand Under-19s seamer Fuller, 25, was rewarded for a fine new-ball spell in Gloucestershire's Lord's final victory over Surrey with figures of two for 34 in his full 10 overs.

He followed up with four more wickets, to take his career first-class tally past 100, and a personal-best 73 from number number nine in Gloucestershire's season-ending LV= Division Two draw at home to Glamorgan.

But the club has announced that, after five years at Bristol, the South Africa-born holder of a British passport is on the move - having declined the offer of a new contract.
