Sport.co.uk have teamed up with Endemol Sport to give away five copies of Blue Moon Rising, the official story of Manchester City’s 2009/10 campaign.
Directed by Stewart Sugg who has directed BAFTA and Cannes Grand Prix winning productions and produced by Nick London, one of the UK’s foremost documentary producers with credits including Cutting Edge, Panorama and numerous critically acclaimed documentaries, the film takes fans of the Blues behind the scenes as the Eastlands revolution moves into full swing.
With unrestricted access to the players and the football club, the feature-length documentary shows the highs and lows of a dramatic year and will reflect some of the club’s previous achievements. Among the highlights:
- Exclusive, never-before-seen footage from some of the key moments of Manchester City’s season.
- Interviews and access to some of the club’s ‘big’ names, including Tevez, Adebayor and Bellamy, who talk frankly about why they joined the club and their future hopes.
- Filming access to City’s celebrity fans, including Noel Gallagher, who reveals his passion for the club he has supported since childhood.
- Roberto Mancini’s first attempts at learning English and rare dressing-room footage.
