Evander Holyfield's WBF heavyweight title bout against Francois Botha has been postponed for a month.
The fight which was scheduled for January 16 in Uganda has now been provisionally reset for February 20.
"We have realised that we need more time to publicise the event regionally and worldwide and also to give the fighters ample time to prepare themselves," said promoter Eddie Bazira.
"I assure the world that the fight will take place."
Botha is the current holder of the belt, while 47-year-old Holyfield has not fought since he was defeated by Nikolai Valuev more than 12 months ago.
